Make an impact in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation

The Arbor Day Foundation inspires people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. Founded in 1972, the Arbor Day Foundation has planted more than 500 million trees worldwide.

The Arbor Day Foundation works with the U.S. Forest Service to plant trees in national forests and the National Association of State Foresters to plant trees in state forests.

2023 Plantings in honor of Better Place Forests Customers

For each Memorial Tree chosen, we plant between 25-500 saplings in honor of our customers. In 2007, the Moonlight Fire burned 65,000 acres of U.S. Forest Service and state protected lands in Northern California. In partnership with One Tree Planted, over 70,000 saplings were planted in honor of Better Place Forests customers.
