We encourage you to visit the forest as often as you can! Visiting at different times of the year allows you to get to know your forest in all of its seasonal glory and become familiar with the area around your tree.
We ask that you make a reservation for your visit so we can be sure the forest will be open and available for visitors and so we know how many people to expect at any given time.
This is also how you can let us know if you will need a ride in our all-terrain vehicle, or need assistance finding your tree.
You can book a visit online using the self-scheduling tool within your customer dashboard. First, you will want to log in to your dashboard.
Once you have done so, from the main page, click the “My Forest” box.
On the next page, click the green “Book my visit” button.
The next page will show your forest’s current availability calendar. The dates that are bold in black are the ones that currently have available visit times.
Once you click on an available date, you will be shown the current times that are available. Select the time that works for you and click “Continue”.
On the final page, fill out the information requested and click “Complete Appointment” at the bottom.
You can alternatively contact your Forest Manager or the Customer Care team to help you.
