LAH 1241 is located right off the ROV path in Western Skyway. This unique pair features a magnificent, healthy Landmark Incense Cedar being enveloped amongst a beautiful Sugar Pine out at the point. The two trees are one of few like it in the Lake Arrowhead Forest.
This section has a true “heart of the forest” feeling, where quiet surroundings seem to amplify the sounds of nature.
Rarely when you’re deep in a forest do you get to see the sky and feel the sun on your skin, but Western Skyway provides the exception. Large natural clearings create space for sunlight to filter through the generously spaced trees, highlighting pockets of colorful wildflowers.
The western edge of this section features filtered mountain views over the San Bernardino Valley.
We invite you to enjoy a personalized forest tour hosted by our Forest Guides. Bring your friends & family, meet your tree and our team, and experience the beauty of the forest you are helping to protect.
We are open for visits by appointment and we look forward to hosting you soon.
