How to change your payment method to a new credit card or ACH bank transfer

There are two ways to update your payment information in your Better Place Forests account. 

The first is to update your card or ACH information directly in your customer dashboard. 

Once you are logged in to your online Dashboard, select “Payments” from the menu on the left side of the web page. 

After clicking “Payments”, you will be brought to a page that shows your current payment plan and balance, as well as the current credit card or bank account you have linked to your payment plan.

You will notice that the second block shows the final four digits of your current card on file. To change this, click “Change”.

On the next page, you can enter your new card number, expiration date, and security code. Once you have done so, click “Save payment method” and your new information will be saved.

The second is to contact our Customer Care team. One of our care team members will be able to either help walk you through this, or update the information for you from our end.
